We checked in without any problems and were directed to our room. However, much to our astonishment, two ladies were in the room with hand luggage. I asked if they were on there way out and they said no, we have only just arrived. How very embarrassing that could have been. Also the female, older, bar manager was totally obnoxious. We asked for a drink just after 1am, she said the bar was closed. I said, we are residents and we can take our drinks to the lounge area. She would not let us have a drink and she was very nasty with it. Had she been kinder, and explained things, we would have quite happily walked away but it was her attitude. I have never come across that behaviour before and I have travelled the world.

Just back from a fantastic 5 night stay. We booked half board. The food was brilliant, so much chose at breakfast and the 3 course evening meal. The staff work really hard. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Alicante. There are some building works on the outside of parts of hotel and surrounding area but this did not effect our stay.

Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Service de chambre à désirer (propreté et nous étions trois et nous devions lutter pour avoir 3 linges, 3 tasses, 3 chaises) et hôtel en travaux. La chambre vue mer et une vue partielle mer.
