Fabulous!
From the warm welcome at check-in to the lovely room with great views up to the castle, we loved everything about this hotel. It was close to amenities, restaurants and bars. The receptionist, Yolanda, was very helpful in providing us with information about tram journeys and also giving us a map of Alicante which pointed out all the attractions and sights. Just fabulous!

The location and staff were awesome. The bus ride from the airport leaves you a minute walk to the hotel and it's a easy walk to many of old town's attractions. The rooftop bar and pool offers a stunning view of the city and Castell de Santa Barbara. The only down side is being in the heart of it all, late nights can get a little noisy.

Nice hotel and hreta staff, room was quite small (2 single beds) and no kettle or coffee machine, also only juliette balcony. The pool - well, let's jist say it is basically a pond for the rooftop bar to watch you in - wouldn't bother upgrading for that or using it. Rooftop bar is nice but bad and expensive drinks also. Room was clean except i dont think the bathroom was swept/vacuumed as there were fake lashes on our floor the whole stay even after cleaning (not a set you could put back on, just a clump) and looked like some sick / dirt at the sink backsplash the whole time. Nice staff and hotel just incredibly overpriced for what it is.

This is a fantastic little hotel, central, close to the beach, clean, modern and a massive family room. There is a nice rooftop bar with a plunge pool and great views of the castle and city. The staff are friendly and helpful and kept the place clean.The breakfast was very nice also. Our only issue was the bathroom door would not close because the wood had swelled from the water in the shower. Not ideal with two teens in the room. Unfortunately this didn’t get fixed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time in Alicante, my first time staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful. The location is perfect. It was never more than a 15 minute walk to get to where I wanted to go. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. They have laundry service for one euro and free breakfast included. The room was exceptional, AC worked great, shower’s water pressure was great. The hotel is also a two minute walk from the bus stop from the airport. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to this beautiful city!

A nice hotel offering very clean and practical apartments, but lacking charm and warmth. Note: For those looking to enjoy the "Premium" Studio, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Pool Access, City View (Terrace) - there are two options, 606 and 605. The one in the photos is 606. Room 605 faces another building, does not have a partial sea view, has half the windows, making it darker, and its terrace is located below the terrace bar & elevator pathway, making it very noisy! Additionally, while the rooftop terrace with its pool is nice, the loud electronic dance music starting at 4-5 PM until late at night does not suit the family clientele renting the apartments, who are the only ones with access to the terrace. However, for those looking to take a quick dip, this small pool certainly offers the best view of the city and Alicante Castle.

The apartment was fabulous very spacious and spotless, cleaned every day, the staff were very polite and helpful. For some reason the kettle, extractor and oven did not work in my room I had the kettle replaced I did not inform the staff of the others just used the hob instead. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the beach and supermarkets and shops are within easy walking distance. The roof top pool was an added extra although I could never seem to get a bed as there are only a few. I would most definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend

First of all is the location, just around the corner from the beach, bars restaurants and mini markets everywhere,the tram and bus stop is next to the beach. The hotel itself is very clean rooms are modern the shower is the most powerfull shower I have ever had
