"The room wasn't ready when I arrived. They asked me to come back in 1h. I came back 1h 15min later. Room wasn't still ready. They asked me to wait. I wasnt able to do so because of my duties in the city. So I had to go to my meeting without the possibility to go to my room to change my clothes, etc."

"The elevators are so ridiculously slow. It's maddening. I would never go back here since it ruins my day every morning. You can't even take the stairs because of the idiotic design of the hotel which forces you all over the hotel just to get to the lobby."
