The room lacks carpeting, and one gets the impression that this is because the demographic which stays here must have the inability to refrain from staining said carpets. It made the room feel cold, physically. I was not able to get to sleep the first night, as the heat was set very low upon entering the room. After I turned the heat up from 68 to 73, the room felt like a sauna and then I had to turn on the a/c. These are not issues in my apartment as I regularly leave the thermostat at 73. It's as if the thermostat in the room was not functioning correctly. I booked for two nights, did not stay for the second night...drove home at 11 pm and slept soundly in my own bed. I've also noticed that many hotels lack stiff pillows, they seem to all use the super puffy kind. This is very bad for anyone with a neck injury.

I stay there frequently but lately I can’t get hot water for a shower. Every time I tell them I get told to open the faucets and let it run for 10 minutes . The sink and the shower. I’ve been trying not working!!

Getting to the Ramada feels like you are driving through other business's parking lots, and just when you think Google maps has screwed up, you see it. The room looked clean, but the "updates" had a cheap feel. Be prepared to climb steps. And...I felt a bit unsafe. I skipped going out for something to eat because I figured staying locked in my room was the wisest course.

I didn’t like the parking area. It was dingy with sign that i parked at my own risk. I didn’t like that our bathroom was dirty. I didn’t like that we had an inoperable phone on our nightstand that the front desk couldn’t replace or make work. The front desk did assist with wiping the toilet and sink but there was no housekeeping on staffed.

Room was adjoining with someone we didn't know. It had a large space under the door. The family in the adjoining room played, hung out and was pound in the hallway outside our door until 2:30 am. (and we had to be up by 3:00 am). Our friends had a room on the opposite side of the hotel and experienced the same with people being loud in the hallways until early in the morning.
