This hotel had great, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The bed was awesome. In fact the only complaint is that I picked it because of its indoor pool but the pool was "closed for the season." This was not reflected on the Expedia listing. I don't know what season is relevant--it's indoors! Do you know what it's like when you promise your child a pool and he can see it through the glass but you tell him he can't go in it? Epic fail.

Thank you for being so kind to our family during our stay during unfortunate multiple issues that led us to a stay with you. We do wish the pool was open for the kids, but that’s okay as we brought board games. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
