The hotel was very nice/convenient. Very close to many chain restaurants, a good dinner and shopping centers. Many of which are walkable. Overall pretty clean, the shower had some residue from I’m assuming when they cleaned it, toilet as well. The bed was very comfortable, moderate to firm. Had a nice pool but it was very cold, gym was good for basic workout. Staff was very friendly and had good recommendations for food and activities. Would absolutely stay again!

Sonesta Select Allentown Bethlehem Airport was a great place to stay on our stop over in the Allentown area. It was clean, quiet, room was a great size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is included and plentiful. Also close to many restaurants and quick food stops.

I came to stay at this property while waiting for repairs on motorhome , which had been taking much longer than had planned . My dog and I live full time in the motorhome and had what I could carry and depended on Uber to get us to the Sonesta Select . I was a bit early for checkin , but greeted by a front desk agent , that must have seen that I was stressed . She immediately took control, and just couldn’t have been more empathetic or more Professional. Over my weeks stay , I met probably the entire staff , everyone of them at some point went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed . The General Manager , couldn’t have been more understanding when my stay needed to be extended , and he also allowed me to stay in the same room to avoid any stress on myself or dog . More of a thank you than a review .. but over our the months that I’ve been displaced , and bounced to many local hotels during that time … I’m just sorry that the Sonesta Select wasn’t the first hotel we came to .. but than I wouldn’t be able to give an honest opinion of who’s doing things well . . . Customer service is alive and well at the Sonesta Select . Thank you for everything .. you’ve all made myself and dog feel very welcome and taken care of ! Todd

Everyone I had encountered that worked in the hotel couldn’t have been anymore kind to me and my dog during our stay . Especially the two women agents that had both engaged me in conversation when they’d see me , they offered shopping advice as to where to walk for this or that . The breakfast upgrade was perfect , and the hotel at any given time that I walked through the halls , elevator, and lobby were always clean and well looked after . For the price , and how close to airport and highway , and the kindness that the entire staff extended to me … I will make this my hotel when passing back through . Thank you !
