Hotel is more like a 4* but very nice. Clean and the rooms are really good. Staff etc were excellent, the gym and pool areas are really good. The food in the hotel is very expensive and not great quality.

This is not a reflection on the Conrad Hotel but a message to everyone thinking of booking via Expedia. We paid in advance £9,000 and the booking was never made at the hotel, where we had to pay again. Despite numerous calls to Expedia ahead of our arrival, they assured me the hotel had made a mistake. NEVER EVER BOOK VIA EXPEDIA.
