Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disappointing
I turned up and they claim they had not been paid by hotels.com, so I was forced to pay again. I am struggling to get my refund. The room was very basic and not as described. I was expecting a queen bed and I got a single bed for example. I had to listen to loud music coming from the restaurant below and this affected my sleep. I was glad to check out and leave.
