Accommodation description:
In a quiet location, yet close to the centre of the well-known flower village of Alpbach, is this lovely chalet with Alpbachtal-Seenland-Card. You have the chalet all to yourself and can therefore enjoy the sun on the beautiful terrace with barbecue in privacy. On the balcony you can end your days in style with a drink of your choice. How wonderful!

The chalet is about 800 m from the centre of the well-known flower village of Alpbach. The ski bus stops in front of the door and takes you in a short time to the Wiedersbergerhorn gondola valley station, and thus directly to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau ski area with 113 km of slopes and 25 ski huts. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right in front of the chalet. Just 800 m away you will find several shops and restaurants, in the centre

Spectacular Views!
We really enjoyed this Chalet just up the road from the small, quaint village of Alpbach, which you can see down the hill. Great Mountain Views in every direction! House was as described! We woke up to hear the sound of cow bells & also the church bell ringing! Many great restaurants nearby & a grocery store. Great communication with the host!

Beautiful views and great house for a family
Stayed with our family - lots of space and fantastic views of the village. Very clean and homey. Only down side is you must bring absolutely everything you need with you - salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. highly recommend :)

Traumhafte Aussicht, aber…
Als allererstes: das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Auch die grundsätzliche Ausstattung ist soweit ok. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt super. Leider waren zwei Abflüsse undicht und mussten von uns repariert werden und leider ist scheinbar die warmwassertherme verrostet, denn hier kam nur braunes Wasser und auch das kalte Wasser konnte nur abgekocht verwendet werden. Für 6 Personen ist auch der Wasserdruck im Haus nicht ausreichend und der Heizlüfter im unteren Bad kann nicht mehr verwendet werden, da sich die Belüftung innen nicht mehr dreht und das Gehäuse anschmort. Wenn man sich jedoch arrangiert und zu helfen weiß, ist es trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt und man kann eine Menge dort entdecken. Das Dorf ist super schön, Eis/bäcker/einkaufen sind gute erreichbar und man kann vom Haus aus sofort zu einigen wanderrouten starten.

Ganz tolle Lage des Hauses
Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus an sich, ist gut geeignet für 8 Personen. Es könnte bisschen was erneuert werden. Zb muss man abwechselnd Duschen, da sonst der Andere kein Wasser hat. Unten im Bad war der Lüfter kaputt somit wir die Bettwäsche über den Tag draußen lüften mussten, das Zimmer war feucht vom duschen. Das Problem wurde angesprochen doch der Handwerker konnte es nicht so schnell beheben. Die Lichter unten im Bad waren auch defekt. Ein bisschen nach bessern, die Außenanlage auf Vordermann bringen und es ist ein Traumhaus in den Bergen.
