Nice new hotel, but... There was only a dorm refrigerator in the suite. I was there all week and could not refreeze my ice pack for my lunch pail. Therefore instead of taking my lunch every day i had to eat out or get snacky food. Plus had no way to keep my drinks cold in my lunch pail all day. Also the TV remote was something else to figure out. I messed and messed with that thing just trying to figure out how to even watch TV, That thing should come with instructions on how to use it. First night i didnt even watch TV. Thank god for Tic Tok. Other than that it was a good stay.

This property is very clean, in a great location and appears brand new. I feel what really sets it apart is the exceptional, friendly and hard-working staff. From the front desk, to maintenance to the breakfast attendant, pride in their work is evident. This crew does an amazing job! Also, our room was spacious and nicely appointed. I really cannot endorse this property enough! 10 out of 10 I would return to this great property

OK holiday inn
The hotel is fairly new and the physical condition is excellent. The complementary breakfast was dismal, cereal was stale the fruit was next to being thrown out. I was going to make toast but the bread was stale as well. My first night i had to use the hand wash to shower with because the bodywash and shampoo containers were empty in the shower. The staff was not rude however they probably had someplace they would have rather to be.

I have stayed here before and found it to be a great experience. The staff are very genuine and friendly and helpful. However, this time I was here for an extended stay. The last two days of my stay no one ever came to make up my room. My garbage cans were overflowing. I had no towels, and this was frustrating.

The pool, recumbent bicycle and water cooler in TJe workout room were broken. Note at the desk stated refund would be provided if pool was important to stay but not necessary in my case. It would have been nice to know prior to booking.
