Beautiful apartment in Veracruz, ideal to spend a few days with your family and friends. Enjoy your vacation with all the comforts and attention you need to rest and relax. We have capacity for 6 people, who will stay comfortably in 2 spacious bedrooms in addition to enjoying shared areas such as a pool and game room. We will be happy to welcome you!

The Space:
The apartment is located within Residencial Mallorca, with 24-hour security. It is spacious, cool and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:

-2 bedrooms with air conditioning and black out blinds
-Two full bathrooms with towels and hygiene amenities
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your food and snacks
-Living room with SMART TV, cable signal and balcony
-Dining table
-Wifi
-1 parking space

You can relax in the shared areas of the residential such as a pool with lounge chairs and a game room.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, you must leave an ID at the booth and provide the address you are going to, as well as the names of all guests. At the entrance of the building there is a safe where you will find the keys to access the property. For security, your code will arrive a few hours before check-in. The condominium where the property is located is safe and totally private. It has 24 hour security.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located, next to TecMilenio University and 10 minutes from beaches such as Dorada, Anton Lizardo, Boca del Río and more. Around you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, parks, banks, and more activities to do! The closest supermarket is 8 minutes away by car, you will also find a grocery store 4 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you arrive at the property by car or taxi. The journey from Veracruz International Airport is approximately 35 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
We can handle flexible check in/out times, but always subject to availability.

Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
