We were greeted by an enthusiastic young lady at the front desk and assigned a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the commode backed up, and the young lady reassigned us to the suite without upselling. We appreciate her help. They are in the middle of remodeling, but the hotel is open. The staff were great.

Not sure if remodeling or what was going on but it was unpleasant to see all the clutter they had it made it uncomfortable to have breakfast or anything. Won’t be staying here anymore.

Could've been better, but okay.
The hotel was being remodeled so there was boxes and crates everywhere and the hallways were lined with mattresses, furniture, and contractor equipment. There was no sofa in the suite. It would've been a professional courtesy to note this when choosing a hotel. Did not make for an exceptional couples weekend. However, the rooms were very clean. A discount would've been nice when these inconveniences were mentioned to the front desk staff.

This hotel has been sold and is under major renovation. Building materials piled up in the loony and hallways. I tripped and fell over a pallet and injured myself. The manager wanted to com my room but said I needed to call hotels. Com to have them reverse my card. There is no way for a customer to call hotels.com the automated chat kept disconnecting me so I never received the room comp.
