Hotel itself is nice & clean. What I didn’t appreciate is that they call themselves “pet friendly” BUT they charged us $80.00 to have our 2 tiny house broken dogs! EIGHTY DOLLARS!!! That’s INSANE! And that EIGHTY dollars is non-refundable. What a rip off. I am very upset about this. They don’t care. I understand leaving a “just in case” deposit and getting it back if the pets don’t damage anything, and mine did NOT! But they keep the money. $80 is outrageous.

Very nice property off the interstate so very quiet. Was allowed to check in a little early which was nice. Rooms are spacious there is a TV in the bathroom what else could you ask for.

Floor of the entryway to the room was incredibly sticky. Flooring is popped up and cracks when you walk on it. The hotel is incredibly loud. Sounds like the upstairs guests are having a lawnmower fight. You can hear the upstairs taking a shower clearly. Same with using the toilet. No fan in the bathroom Door handles don't spring back up so bathroom and closet doors done close as expected. This hotel LOOKS like it's new but it's a cosmetic remodel. Lipstick on a pig basically. All that said, breakfast was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed in this hotel the week before, and it was good for what we needed for a one night stay after a long day's drive. Only one week later, we came in after another long drive, obviously tired and needing some rest. Poor Customer Service at Front Desk upon arrival - - Put herself first instead of the Customer - Said we had no reservation (I paid for the room 2 days earlier); finally found it after I looked up the confirmation on my phone zero apology for the mistake - Gave us our keys and sent us on our way Only 3 bath towels for a family of 4 Breakfast was good the next morning
