The staff graciously changed our room assignment when upon arrival I realized we needed the ground floor for my husband having issues with walking. The room we stayed in could use some cosmetic improvements but otherwise it was fine. Will stay there again.
They have bed bugs, we werent even in the hotel for 12 hours and i have about 50 bites all over including my face, legs, arms, neck. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Refused to give refund.
Wouldnt accept my cc, so they ran another 1 and it took the money out but they said it hadnt been received on their end so after several minutes of him on the phone trying to figure it out i offered to pay cash on top of the money that had been debited out already so that i could be on my way to the room. So he took the cash and i got a reciept. Then he tells me a couple hours later that they were going to accept the cash as payment and refund the money to my card. But itll be who knows how long until it comes back, and that wasnt the deal we had made in the first place. I needed the cash back like theyd told me. Now its days later and still nothing back on my card. Im sure ill be on hold for a solid 2 houes trying to get it back. Also the wifi is setup to block gaming consoles, so my son couldnt play the new games id gotten him. not sure if thats standard or not but i sure couldnt find any info about it on expedia or their site. The room was warm upon arrival, and the unit was on high so i pulled the filters and both were completely clogged with a couple months worth of who knows what. Microwave was rusted inside and kinda smelled like some one cooked a ramen without water recently. The smell bled over into my left over my thai and i had to throw it out. The cleaning staff made me nevous so i wasnt able to leave any valuables. Both front desk guys i dealt with were extremely polite, even when i wasnt at one point. The pool was nice and had lots of chairs and tables.
