The property is very run down & in need of renovation. I was not able to use the shower due to the showerhead being broken. This was reported to the maintenance staff, who agreed to take care of it. I stayed only 1 night so don't know if it was.

The room wasn’t horrible but definitely not great. The people above me were constantly making noise to where I got no sleep. The area felt scratch and unsafe to me. I ended up cancelling aft the first day to find a better and safe area to stay.

When visiting, don’t go with high expectations. It’s a small town and you have VERY limited options. As for this hotel, it calls your attention from the pictures they advertise on their website. The hotel looks a little run down for it to be semi new. The building on the outside looks nice along with the lobby. The rooms are a different opinion

Ohh brother where do I even start. We stayed here for 2 nights and got 2 different rooms and the room I got for my parents was a disaster, they tried to shower and the shower head completely fell off from the wall and the A/C sounded like it was fighting for its life, around the same time I went down to the little store that they have and tried purchasing a drink, I don’t know what the girl at the front desk did but she charged me $158.70. When I told her what happened she acted confused and said she only charged me for the beverage to which I pulled up my banking app and showed her the charge. She said she would call her manager to cancel the charge but after an hour I had heard nothing so I went back down and asked her what the update was to which she said that her manager was not answering the phone and was working from home so she had to wait to get a response, while I was at the front desk my parents called and told me about the shower head and the front desk attendant said she would change them rooms, so we move all of their stuff to the different room. They day came and went and I still had not heard back on the refund so the next morning my parents call again and say that the bath tub was clogged on the room they were moved to so I had to go down and talk to the manager again about changing rooms because he said maintenance was not in that day. Terrible stay and I still don’t have my money back.

Carpets were dirty ceiling looked like it was fixing to fall. Room smelled terrible like vomit / feces Trash behind headboard. Bathroom was dirty toilet bowl was dirty .

The price was good for the one night we were staying. Probably wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Bathroom door was splintered at bottom. Baseboards in bathroom also looked dirty. You get what you pay for.

I liked that the internet was fast and I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. However, the breakfast wasn’t very big in its selection and the room wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. Room was dirty! Carpet stained…ceiling had multiple areas that were sagging and pealing. Shower dirty! Reception area was nice but room #136 was gross. Might not ever stay at a Quality hotel again..ever.

I see reviews about how terrible this place was but decided to give it a try since some reviews were okay and I had a funeral to get to from out of state upon arrival the room was dirty the sheets not changed so I let the front lady know she switches me rooms which was worse has broken stuff dirty no fridge so they switched me rooms again and it was still dirty we left with bites on us and not to mention the breakfast is literally just waffles you make yourself and cereal no eggs or nothing and the pool smells disgusting and looks foggy TRUST ME when I say DO NOT!!! Ignore the bad reviews the cleaning lady’s just talk about they’re lives and don’t do a thing I looked everywhere for them to get trash bags they were talking about personal life and just cussing being ghetto talking about fighting people and the baby daddies DO better!!
