Great place to stay for the price.
Friendly people here, especially Peter at the front desk! The continental breakfast was just right: waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

Worst stay we have endured by far! Lot of people hanging out outside staring. Room smelled like smoke should of been non-smoking. Feces brhind door in restroom. Burn holes on covers. Loud banging on walls from next room. Just horrible horrible. This hotel and expedia just the worst!

This property is terrible. Yes, it’s under remodel right now, but aside from the lobby, it’s awful. Breakfast was a joke! Nothing hot served except possibly a waffle, but the batter was so bad my waffle wouldn’t even rise in the waffle iron. Very little else offered. On a good note, the front desk guy and the construction crew lead were very nice.

The staff were very nice with check in. The first thing I noticed was the very heavy smell of smoke in my room although I booked a non-smoking room. Flies were all over the place and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was very gross with a used pregnancy test in the shower. The ceiling was peeling and overall was not great.

The clerk was unable to figure out how to confirm. I already paid for reservation and asked for my card again several times. When finally getting to a room without proper check in the room was dirty. The curtains were torn with gaping holes, so there was no privacy. The betting had cigarette burns in it and extremely stained. There were towels and a small bar of soap and size body wash were available.

There was a smoke smell in both of the rooms that were predented to me eventhough the rooms are Non-smoking. I pointed out to the staff that there was a person smoking inside a room next to the one that was assigned to me, but the staff didn't confront him or informed him that smoking is not permitted.

First Room had dog hair all over the bed, no trash cans and only one towel. We were given a second room which did not have dog hair on the bed but the bedding was stained and torn, there was only 1 towel for the room and when we asked for more, the front desk apologized and said they had been low all week. There was also no toilet paper so i had to go to the desk to get that. There were no blankets on the beds. They had a sheet and then a duvet cover but no actual duvet so it was essentially 2 sheets on the bed. The stairwells were filthy and littered with trash. The mini fridge had someone else's food left in it and the doors on the cabinet were broken and off their hinges. This motel is very run down and so poorly managed and it is obvious the owners and or management does not care. Steer clear of this motel

This place is horrible and so is hotels.com
I booked on hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they told me they had no rooms when we were stranded in Amarillo desperately looking for a place to stay!! The desk clerk was just dismissive - “yeah our rooms didn’t get cleaned to our expectations” so we have no availability! Still haven’t been able to get credit back for the stay I didn’t get to have!!! So disappointed in hotels.com for not fixing this when I reported and it and getting my money back!
