The aesthetic of the motel was awesome. Needs a good renovation. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Beds sunk in when we laid on them. It would be super great if the rooms were renovated.

I love staying here, but the rooms are getting kinda beat up looking. Only one mug in the room, towels were clean, but frayed. Shower was very slow to drain, so good thing the shower tray had a lip. Had to stop the shower halfway thru, to let water drain, and then continue.

Comfortable stay
The stay was great, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean. The restaurant thats on site has huge portions so definitely worth the money. My only complaint which is just a small one is that the dog yard is kind of small and then theres 2 big picnic tables and a swing set taking up half the space so it is even smaller. I didnt trust my dogs off leash so it just didnt give much room to walk around and theres literally no normal grass anywhere. But thats my onky complaint. Other than that it was great.

An older motel but well kept. The self check in was easy and faster than checking in at a front desk. Walked across the parking lot to The Big Texan Restaurant.

Good short stay!
Good one night stay ! Would’ve preferred to be in the front part of the building (we were in the back, pink building nearer the truck parking) but we booked last minute. AC was a bit noisy. That’s our only complaint. LOVED not needing a key or having to check in at the desk!!!!! We would stay there again!!

This is a Route 66 gem! Historic area. Room was unique. Small but comfortable. Great Steakhouse on property. Staff was Wonderful! Friendly and attentive to our needs. Would stay again

This is a unique, "Texan" place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and thought it was fun. Had everything we needed. Nice hot shower and we liked the firm beds. Loved walking to The Big Texan restaurant. Just a 3 min ride to the Bug Ranch. It was maybe 20 min to WTAMU and about 30 min to Palo Duro Canyon.

Love the Location and convenience being right across from the big Texan. We traveled with our dogs and the dogs park in the middle of the lot was perfect. Definitely will put this on our list places to visit.
