Erityisen hieno hotelli ympäristöineen
"Tämä hotelli lunasti erinomaisesti odotukset. Hotellihuone oli tilava ja kaunis, erittäin siisti ja raikas. Sängyt mukavat ja laadukkaat lakanat. Ilmainen minibaari oli positiivinen yllätys. Terassi ravintolan yhteydessä oli erityinen, se oli virtaavan veden äärellä ja joen yli menevän sillan kautta pääsi toisessa rakennuksessa sijaitsevaan wellness-tilaan. Saunaan pääsi vielä myöhään illalla, joka ei kaikissa saunallisissa hotelleissa ole todellakaan itsestänselvyys. Sauna oli tosin liian kuuma (100 astetta) ja löylykiulu ja kauha puuttuivat, jotta vettä olisi voinut heittää kiukaalle. Jotta palvelusta saisi viisi tähteä, niin parannettavaa olisi palvelun ystävällisyys. Kun asiakas saapuu aamiaiselle, tervehtiminen ja hymy katsekontaktilla ovat pieniä helppoja asioita."
