Nice location, subpar maintenance
Good location, and owner did answer quickly. Sinks did not work, maintenance came but did not fix anything, my husband ended up taking time to do repairs so we could use sinks. Foul odor first few days from sink. We also took care of this ourselves since we arrived on a weekend so maintenance would not come out till Monday Lightbulbs out or fixtures not working in master bath. And both queen beds had issues with noise and support. Property itself was nice with hot tub and gym. A few items in the kitchen had not been cleaned like the coffee maker and toaster oven. Rug by couches could be shampooed. They did not supply Toilet paper, paper towels or bar soap/body wash in bathrooms, so we had to find a store open late upon arrival. Ended up leaving early.

Family get together
This property is new and spacious. It is really nice to have a 2 car garage, and the clubhouse gym is professional grade. The pool is closed this time of year, but still looked beautiful. This property is a great value with it's 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. There is an office nook upstairs with printer and desktop computer. There are lots or charging cables for different devises. Nice big TVs in living room and bedrooms. Have stayed here before and will certainly try to get this place next time!

We loved everything about our stay here! Beautiful property! It was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Great location and we'd definitely stay here again. The hosts checked on us to see if we needed anything. They were quick to respond to messages. Overall great experience!

Exceeded Expectations
I felt lucky to have found this property to stay at for a week-long baseball tournament. This place is great. It exceeded our expectations! When we entered the clean, tastefully-decorated townhome we were delighted there was cold water ready in the fridge and ice in the ice box. The location of the townhome was so easy to get to and having a garage was my husband's favorite thing as he had a bike and appreciated that he could keep it safe in the garage. The pool and gym were resort-like. Just beautiful! This place has everything we needed. Three bedrooms made it so comfortable. It makes me wonder why we ever stayed at a hotel when you could get all this for about the same cost. THis had a WAY better pool, gym and comfortable rooms to enjoy!!? Lots of TV channels the kids enjoyed. Also, it was easy to just enter the place with the code and then we used the clicker for the garage. So easy and convenient. Seemless! Great place! I will stay there again!

Overall property was very nice The listing said Pets Allowed so we booked it - then we were told Pets were not allowed unless approved with vaccination documentation, along with another form, which was a Contract that needed to be submitted. The approval process for the pets was not clear, requiring numerous contacts with the Property Representative; and the overall approval process was much more than any other property we have stayed in.

Good location, good host
The property was nice and accommodated us well. The owners/managers were responsive in a timely manner regarding questions about pet friendly option, VRBO’s chat made it difficult to prove pets health records as it did not have an option to attach anything and blanked out all email addresses when they were typed in, the owners/managers allowed us to stay with our pets in good faith.

Great week!
The condo was lovely--very clean and streamlined. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our host was very accommodating and accessible. He was attentive to the smallest detail--even ordering a new Brita filtration pitcher to our doorstep to replace the cracked one--very kind! We highly recommend this host and condo. :)

I have stayed at the Parc on 5th apartments before and have been happy with the location. I needed 3 bedrooms this time and was pleasantly surprised to find a 3 bedroom town home available and a super price. It also had a 2 car garage for our use and street parking if needed. The place was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the office space with computer and printer upstairs and the multi charging cables here and there. The 2 and a half baths also came in handy with 4 of us staying there. Highly recommended!

Great place for family!
Loved this place! Clean, quite, lots of space, great pool and workout facility, plus lots of extra touches. The kitchen had the basic spices for cooking, lots of dishes, pots/pans, and a Keurig. The bathrooms had hand soap, lotion, shampoo /conditioner, and the main bathroom had a blower dryer. They also had pool towels and extra blankets if needed. Loved that we didn’t need to run to the store and get any of the basic necessities. We were traveling between Provo and Salt Lake City so this was a great location between the cities and conveniently close to the interstate. Definitely recommend!
