Was a comfortable place. It’s an older building but is maintained well. Has a pool inside and a hot tub. Was comfortable in the rooms and had a nice view.

The lobby area has been updated but the room was old, tired, well worn and the bed needs replacing. The keyless entry door panel cover popped off as soon as we tapped the pad. Yikes! Bathroom was ok but could use a stiff cleaning and update soon. It is small but just fine for a one night stop on the road.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Was originally checked into a room that was supposed to be offline to guests. Second room seemed cleaner. Only 1 staff member said sorry the rest of the staff didn’t care.

We were up for baseball provincials with 3 kids. We didn't get back to our room until 1145am and to our new room by 1am. Our room was disgusting -food from previous guest still all over the floor, -vape on the floor, -microwave and fridge not cleaned. -The entire shower was covered in hairs -toilet also cover in hair and urine. -bed was made but had an abundance of crumbs and hair all through the pillows, duvet and sheets. We were told a new girl cleaned it in training, however we would have felt better maybe if we were told the room was missed. We were offered a new room that was rushed to be cleaned as they were fully booked and the lady working front desk had to do it. This room was obviously not that great either we could feel the dirt/crumbs sticking to us trying to get to sleep on the 1 inch pillows. We also met 2 new friends Mr. 5 foot spider and a cockroach. They were cool and we named them frank and George.

My first night I arrived late. I went to have a nice hot shower and there was no hot water. I let the shower run for 30 mins and spoke to front desk staff. They only said to me hotel had a lot of people and there was no way to fix it. Next day I notices toenail clippings all over the carpet between the beds. I also noticed food crumbs all over the rest of the carpet. Very clear it was not vacuumed. One bed also has very discoloured sheets on it. I called front desk and they came to the room. They observed what I saw and said they couldn’t do anything at that time and promised me that my room would have a thorough cleaning the next day. So I had to sit in the filth. It wasn’t until late afternoon they finally came to clean my room. The cleaning staff looked at the room. Asked me if I was going to sleep in the bed with the discoloured sheets. I said no so they just left it for the rest of my stay, another 2 days I asked the cleaning staff how long it would be as I was told a total clean. She stated about 5 mins. So all they did was vacuum. I was completely disgusted by this and had no choice to stay as I couldn’t get another hotel room elsewhere. I wasn’t even offered to change my room or a discount. I am currently needing hotels for another 3 weeks. And this place will not get the business I also booked the room based on hot breakfast provided. It was a joke. Rotten bananas. Pre packaged muffins. Cereal and think waffles. Don’t stay at dump

It was a reasonable price, it shows it's age but it was not a bad place to stay. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was good (I have paid for breakfast buffets that were not as good).
