The fact that this is attached to a commercial mall makes this super convenient as everything you need is in galleria mall. The bathrooms are super spacious and the room decorations are tasteful. Although for a 5 star hotel, I wish they included better coffee options than packs of nescafe. Location is best in my opinion, as its close to extremely popular dessert and bakery shops. Parking is available for free if you rent a car, with petrol stations abundantly available as well as car wash services.

The staff at Radisson Blu in Amman were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Rawan and Mohammad greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Mohammad went above and beyond, frequently checking in on my daughter who was feeling unwell, and assisting us with extending our stay effortlessly when our flight was cancelled. Our room, the presidential suite, was immaculate and perfect for our family of five, featuring three bathrooms, a sitting area, and a dining area. The housekeeping team, morning breakfast staff, and even the security personnel were all wonderful. I am extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
