RESERVATION DENIAL- POOR COORIDNATION
We were Denied Check-in. I was with my family and children and we were made to first wait for a couple of hours and then told that Hotels.com didn't provide them with the reservation confirmation. This is highly unprofessional. When i tried calling Hotels.com toll free, the website said 9am- 8pm was working hours but IVR stated no one is available. Due to this denial i had to make a last minute reservation with a much higher price as there were no rooms available in the entire city. I have left a complaint and that as well has not been addressed. I have requested a refund and a difference amount compensation from Hotels.com. Till now i have not heard back from Hotels.com. I belong to the same community from the Travel and the Aviation industry, it scares me that with the experiences like these, its a direct downgrade to such a reputed company such as Expedia Group. Highly Dissatisfied and would never recommend this website to any friends/family members. S#98034002

Make sure you take the address. There are several "Grand" hotels in this city. Taxi drivers will not know which one. This one is near the Partition Museum and RR station.
