Excellent location. Sadly subpar accommodation - nowhere to hang clothes; one drawer; nowhere to hang anything in shower room. Extremely steep stairs with no elevator.

Started off with power cut so couldn't check in until after 4pm. The single room I booked had a combined smell of damp and possibly urine, there is no ventilation in the room, I had to book another room elsewhere as it was a health hazard. Tried to speak to manager but it was too late in the day, he had gone home. Wasted time and spoilt the day. Also nowhere mentioned that the reception and rooms are spread across several properties along the street each with two long flights of stairs before they're reached, not handy when you have heavy luggage as no lifts!

Entire street had no electricity from 09:30 am til 03:57 pm. Of course it was out of our hands and having check in after 03:00 pm 57 minutes late could give an excuse for our city. No one in the world can give you 100% guarantee that you will be provided by electricity without blackouts. You should be correct giving information and not misleading other people. The information regarding reception located at different property is available on the site. We understand that sometimes people can make wrong choice just orienting on the price during reservation but we advise to read carefully description, policies and fine print.

Les linges remplacés Mais uniquement les grands nous n’avons jamais eu de petits de remplacement la télévision ne marchait pas ainsi que certaines lampes pas de bouilloire à l’intérieur de la chambre pas de téléphone dans la chambre oreillers très inconfortables literies et linges troués papiers toilette rationné

Sehr abgenützt. Ab dem zweiten Tag nur noch ein Duschtuch pro Person, die Handtücher waren verschwunden. Ein Tuch für den Boden im Bad war nicht vorhanden, trotz Bodenebener Dusche. Zimmertresor war nicht vorhanden. Nachttischlampe war nur eine vorhanden. Der Deckenlicht Schalter war nur neben der Zimmertür. Alles in allem zu dem Preis eher nicht mehr. Das erste mal enttäuscht von einer Buchung bei ebookers.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Zimmer sind schlicht und einfach. Hotelteam und Service sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig!
