Terrific place with airport shuttle. I loved the onsite amenities and snack bar and the layout and design was very hip. The only drawbavk is there didn't seem to be anything within close walking distance though it did look like there was a nearby transportation hub that I could take to travel closer to town and other sites.

Room is small for a family of 3 with a young child, though it is clean. Not many choices for breakfast. Good and convenient free shuttle services for commuting between the hotel and the airport. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly.

Booked this hotel to go to the Grand Prix, was advertised as two single beds and a double sofa bed, the two single beds were touching each other and the sofa bed was not double at all, it was single with just a mattress topper on top of metal, I could feel the bed frame in my back ! All beds were crammed in, hardly enough room to walk around, the shower would be boiling then freezing then boiling again, there were no facilities to make a drink in the room, and when we went upstairs to the burger bar we were told that there was over an hour wait and if we want it fast to go to McDonald’s, not impressed really

Typical spare IBIS facilities. If all you want is a clean room that’s small and spare, this is it. We ate at the Burger Bar which was better than expected, though a little pricey (not unexpected). The 4:45am bus to the airport was totally packed.

You get exactly what you expect from this airport hotel. It's extremely well located to get to from Amsterdam central by taking a GVB bus. Stay the night, and then shuttle off to the airport to catch your flight. Could be cleaner, could be less noisy, but I've stayed at a lot worse airport hotels so this one gets a high passing grade. Highlight was the staff – very pleasant and helpful (usually typical for Denmark).

Excellent hotel for AMS airport/central city
Excellent hotel. Convenient for airport. Fast, high frequency and reliable shuttle service and it’s free. Convenient for trains into Amsterdam Centraal. Friendly, professional staff. Good on site facilities -cafe, restaurant etc. I would stay here again! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. the food was great , the people were very friendly it was clean and quiet... the shuttle tho was sometimes alittle sardine can and the beds were horribly hard and very uncomfortable..
