Overall good but some rude staff !
2 night stay - Shuttle service very good, it can be very crowded at peak times. Very busy hotel with many rooms and is practical for business use. The shuttle takes roughly 10/15mins from/ to the terminal. Boiler broke down first morning being there so no hot water. Television did not work, asked reception to look at it at 9am and when I got back to my room at 7pm, it had not been sorted out. Called again reception who promptly sent somebody up but could not resolve the issue. Was offered to move room but was late so declined. The lady handling this was very nice and friendly. Checked out early at 4am, the young security guy who was behind reception talking to the staff could do with some manners and be more helpful and less aggressive to guests for no reason whatsoever. He told me to put my key in the box in an aggressive manner. Looked at him and said no as I wanted an invoice ! Another couple were asking for the times for the shuttle buses, once again his tone was rude to them and he just told them to look at a board. He should just stick to be a security guy. If guests are asking for help or have questions then be polite or let the reception staff handle customers! He clearly needs some training on how to speak with people.

They were friendly and the hotel is comfortable. I lost my watch on the shuttle bus to the airport and the driver found it and returned it to the hotel. One person there, Daisy, was very helpful in packaging and returning my watch to the US.

Efficient airport area hotel for reasonable price. Shuttle bus to Schiphol fairly regularly. Bus depot across street with frequent busses to city and museum area ( ~ 35 min trip) quiet yet pretty busy. Have stayed there twice. Most recent stay was marred by no heating in room staff gave us a portable fan heater which worked to a degree - we didn’t want to wait around in our last day for a room replacement so had a second night with it. . Would still stay ther again if transiting Schiphol but would check heating!!

Hotel was clean and quiet, but rooms were very small. Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Shuttle is very convenient from the airport and runs frequently. Dining options were limited and snacks very pricey. I suggest grabbing snacks at the airport before catching the shuttle as they are priced better at the airport. Overall this was a good experience and if travelling alone I would choose this location again.

Lovely and Friendly Staff
The staff was really great. I had to take a last-minute flight back home and the staff was really accommodating with the reservation dates. Staff was really knowledgeable about the area and transportation routes to go into the city. The double beds are twin beds just pushed together but you can easily separate them to double beds. There are elevators which was really nice for family and huge luggages -- did not need to climb stairs unlike other places in Europe There is a direct bus that takes you from Museum Squares and it was super nice& convenient with that one transportation.

It was easy to get there from the airport with the shuttle. The area was quiet but still close to a bus stop for going into the city. There were multiple options for eating and drinking which was also very convenient.
