We were a group of nine Apart from a slight problem of getting from the garage to reception. No signs saying out of order Apart from that a first class time Great value Top Breakfast Great location for transport into town

Friendly Staff!
Everything was great except for the housekeeping staff slamming doors going in and out of rooms. Once I counted over 12 times it happened. Where I come from it’s considered very rude to slam doors and having a medical condition where I was still in bed some days complicated matters. Even calling the front desk or asking them not to didn’t seem to help. Other than that a nice. Long term stay. Very near a major Tram, Train and Bus station. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Good price, clean room, but decor was bright colours and very bold colours. It did not feel restful the way it was decorated. Backlit bed headboards and backlit ceiling lights. It was a too busy feeling.

The exterior of the hotel was a high standard, and is adjacent to a restaurant on one side and the casino on the other side. I arrived late evening due to the global IT issue and was helped to check-in by the hotel staff. Unfortunately nothing else was explained to me about the hotel or the amenities. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but the toilet was not clean, unsure if the cleaner just forgot to clean it. I ordered room service the next day but had to collect the food from the restaurant. No cutlery was provided and had to ask. When i got to my room the soup I ordered was warm, unsure how long the food was waiting before I collected it, I didn't finish the soup. Also, my food should have been covered after it was prepared in the kitchen, hygiene purposes, rather than left open when i collected it. Had to ask for a cover to take the food back to my room. Nice hotel, but customer service needs improving.
