Loved every minute of our stay. Great facilities and lovely welcoming staff. Very close to tram, train and bus stops so it was really convenient to get to where we needed to go. Overall a great experience!

Friendly staff and good location

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Staff were friendly and the tram right outside made it really easy to get explore Amsterdam.

+ excellent facilities + the room was large and nice + friendly staff at the reception desk + quiet area + metro and tram right outside the hotel - 20 min by tram to city centre - no access to a refrigerator - no hairdryer in the room - cleaning staff entered my room in the morning (twice!) despite "do not disturb" sign on the door - shower item replacement was wrong (ended up with only shampoo one day and only body wash another day)

Sufficient yet underwhelming

The hotel is a reasonable distance from Amsterdam city centre and is easily accessible, the food is ok and the staff are very friendly. However, we were told our towels would get changed every second day - there 4 nights and were not changed once, no maid entered our room the entire visit and we had to contact reception for basic necessities such as toilet roll as it wasn't topped up. We left for the airport and were told to get the metro then the train, that was all this left us confused when we got to the train station and there were many different lines/ trains. Overall the stay was ok for the money however unsure if I would return as it wasn't the best.
