In general as others have stated, property was clean which is important for us. Some updates but very basic set up. Hard mattress but good enough after a long day at the park. Breakfast is VERY limited to granola bars, pre packaged muffins, oatmeal, coffee and OJ I’d hardly call that breakfast which was disappointing because we chose this location over others because of the breakfast option. Very loud! Our room was located next to what I think are permanent residents whose child cried/screamed ALL night our 1st and 2nd night. Can hear upstairs stomping. In general stay was ok, served it’s purpose but I can’t say I’d stay here again.

Cute little hotel
I was very pleasantly surprised by how great this little hotel is. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect. Breakfast is a continental breakfast but has enough food including oatmeal, pastries, granola bars, fruit coffee and hot chocolate. Lots of restaurants walking distance away and close enough to Disney to walk if you want to. I would stay here again :-)

The property was easy to access and parking is good. Rooms are a bit run down and could be cleaned better. Free breakfast consist of prepackaged sweet pastries and muffins, orange juice boxes and Kuerig coffee in the motel lobby. Advice bring Clorox wipes to wipe down door handles, flat surfaces remote controls and so on because this items felt greasy or sticky.
