The grounds, facility other than my room is very nice. My room was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, musty smell when you enter the lobby. Bathroom had all kinds of stains, marks on the walls. Bottom of the bathroom door is rusted out. Bathroom door rubbed when closing, shower head was needing replaced. Coffee maker and tv needs to go. What hotel has a 32 inch tv...old!!. Bed was comfortable.

Nice people. Eager to serve guests needs. We've been staying here for years. Location is convenient. Restaurants are decent. Has a store and deli. The Japanese restaurant, Hanagi, is Very good; one of the best I've been to. And I'm picky about my sushi. Fabulous!

I could see fireworks feom disneyland from my room. They had a princess in the lobby my daughter was so excited. Theu also have story time. Great place to stay with if you have kids & walkablento disneyland

We stay every time we come into town and for the most part we really enjoy it, always meets our needs! Love the shuttle and the food is good, rooms are nice although pretty average.. but this time our bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned great and I got bitten up by what I assume is a spider (not 100% sure) hopefully Management will get back to me in a few days like they said they would when I spoke to them about it.

The shuttle in the morning to Disneyland was good, but in the afternoon we waited close to 45 minutes trying to go back to the park

Place needs major remodel
This hotels needs a major remodel. Entering the Lobby, you can smell this musty stench in the air. Walking the hall ways and finally entering your room, you are hit with this old, stuffy, musty, Uncomfortable smell. Wow! Room was clean enough, beds were okay. With the smell in the air, room felt dirty and beds felt dirty. The bathroom!! For Handicap and shower was clogged. Water collected pass my ankles, rust around the knobs. Hair on floor from previous guest’s. Disappointed for the price Great location, shuttle service, not the friendliest staff. They seemed bothered when approaching them for help. The arcade takes your money. No puck in the air hockey game, so heads up before adding a dollar to play. staff acts like it’s not there problem. Went to buy a play card added $20 to the machine and did not give me my card. Approached employee for help, she made me feel like I lied about my situation. 4 times going to her to get it resolved. Different staff in the morning for check out, same crappy attitude. Customer service is not a priority anymore. For what we pay now a days, we deserve a little friendly help.

We loved the property location and the shuttle transportation to Disneyland was extremely convenient. The room we had in the garden wing was just in need of a remodel/upgrade you can tell time has taken it's toll. Restaurant and staff were awesome and very profession.

The hotel staff were all very nice. Room was a little outdated. Water temp varied between cool and warm when taking showers, never hot water. Bed was very springy and not conducive for a good nights sleep. Room was big but outdated. The shuttle to Disneyland was nice but ran every 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The main lobby area was very nicely decorated, had comfortable seating and amenities. The bar was directly adjacent, and we could drink our beverage in the bar or in the lounge area. The beds in our room were comfortable. The only negative I have is that our room directly faced the freeway and we could hear too much traffic noise. I would stay here again but in a room not facing the freeway as I was told by another guest that their room was quiet.

The only thing I can critique is how dirty the bathtub was, the chipped parts of the mold door frames at the bottom, and bed sheets never changed throughout our stay

The worst level of service I’ve experienced out of the 9 hotels we stayed at in the US. Had to specifically ask for room service, which one is only entitled to after the 3rd night. The hotel in general is very tired and in need of maintenance. Only two lifts service the entire hotel and only one out of two lifts were working during our 4 night stay. Had to wait for maintenance to unlock the safe in our room before we could use it. Tiny bathroom. No towel change and no buns emptied unless requested. Asked for a late checkout (12 instead of 11) and had to plead not to be charged the additional late checkout fee, even though I requested room service, but did not get it during my stay. Definitely not worth the money when there are so many better hotels close by at similar pricing. Stay away!

Great stay, but this time and actually in the past we've had issues with the hot water for the shower. A little tip for families with little kids. Bring your own food. The mini mart is convenient , but pricey.
