I love the Anaheim Portofino and stay there anytime I’m going to an event at the Convention center! Very comfortable, the staff is great! They do to upgrade power outlets… not easy to plug in my phone chargers.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and professional. The room was very humid, even when cold which made the bedding feel wet. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

This is our go-to for our family when we go to Disneyland. It offers a separate room with bunk and pullout which is perfect for our family. It’s walking distance to Disneyland and has a CVS next door for things/snacks you may need. Rooms are now getting cleaned and made up every third day which doesn’t seem enough. Several outlets and the one USB out let not working. Floor was dirty and rooms are a little aged. Prices have gone up quite a bit so we’ll always look at other options if they’re above others that offer the same.

My kids loved the bunkbeds that was awesome. Definitely a plus to the few negative things. Like clogged sink and shower. We got the tub fixed but not the sink. Other than that loved it

Great.
It’s cozy and spacious. The staff was robotic and on autopilot. Sounded like he’s been doing this for a very long time and had the entire script memorized that he forgot to be human. It’s fascinating to watch. Enjoyed that experience. The shower knob also broke and maintenance came to fix it in the middle of the night. At least it was fixed.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are excellent but the property needs updating badly. The rooms are very outdated, the shower pressure is minimal, and very few of the outlets would even hold a plug. Once renovated, it would be an overall excellent hotel.

The property was in a convenient location but dated and mostly smelling once you left the lobby. The carpet was torn up in spots and there was carpet in front of the sink which is unsanitary.

Very convenient location to Disneyland and has a CVS right next door! The hotel itself could use a refresh. It was fairly clean, you could just tell some of the furniture and fixtures were old and in need of replacing. Staff was absolutely wonderful and more than happy to help. I'd consider staying here again, but would love to see this hotel refurbished.
