Convenient to charge electric scooter in lobby. Parking was in a nearby garage, so a bit inconvenient. Sofa sleeper in family suite was terribly uncomfortable. King bed was awesome. Bunk beds were comfortable.

We liked the room with king, bunk beds, and pull out couch. The location is an easy walk to Disneyland. The room needed more pillows, blankets, and towels. It would have been nice to have the room refreshed everyday. It would be helpful to have breakfast or an easy way to get breakfast at a neighboring hotel. I wish they had something dispensing hot water that’s not the coffee maker in the room.

Great location for people visiting the Disneyland parks, very walkable and safe. Room was a good size, but some outlets inside the room didn’t work and they only clean the rooms every 3 days, so keeping towels and coffee stocked was a challenge. I also didn’t appreciate getting automatically locked out of our room. While checking out, we were unable to get back into our room, as our room key was scheduled to stop working at 11am. However, the key stopped working 10 minutes before 11. The housekeeping staff was unhelpful with this matter. The front desk informed us that the keys stop working at check out but I just showed them my watch and the time was still before 11. Very time consuming having to ask multiple staff for entry into our room so that we could finish checking out. Very poor experience with the staff. Probably won’t return since there are many other hotels that are walking distance to the Disneyland parks.

This hotel is not far from Disney and we really enjoyed how large the rooms were. We had a family room: 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed and bunk beds. It was nice to fit my family of 5 into one room. Parking was easy and free. Rooms were quiet. 15 min walk to Disney security (walking slow). We would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel and location for Disneyland
This room was absolutely perfect it had all of the stores around you that she could possibly want and it was only a couple blocks to Disneyland and the price was perfect the staff was friendly the room was large and I have nothing negative to say about it
