This property was absolutely disgusting. When I checked in the lobby seemed fairly clean and the staff at the desk kind. Though they were not particularly knowledgeable when it came to giving instructions and receiving my refund. We received our check in info and were told that we could park in the parking garage. My first red flag with this property was the used, very nasty mattress in the corner of the parking garage along with the broken furniture items. When arriving to my room I found that that corridors smelled terrible like mildew and urine. The room itself had dust everywhere, the linens looked like they had not been laundered and there was mildew in the bathroom area. The room also smelled off, mildewy and smokey despite being a non-smoking room. The furniture was in a state of disrepair that I did not feel comfortable sleeping on or my children sleeping on. Overall this property listing was misleading and added stress to the start of our family vacation. A real disappointment as it has prime real estate next to Disney and could do so much better at the prices they are charging.

Location good, 8 min walk to Disneyland. Beds hard , pillows TINY, room is dated - but it’s a decent hotel. Our only complaint is housekeeping never came by our room On a 3 day stay. We literally had to go to front desk to grab towels, trash bags , toilet paper . This location is Nextdoor to a 24 hr cvs which was convenient.

The proximity to Disneyland was great! The staff were great and very nice. The property condition was not great and the cleanliness of our room was terrible, trash was left under our beds, carpets had not been vacuumed in what seemed like weeks and weeks, there was someone’s fake eyelashes in the shower. We requested to have our room cleaned 2 different times to correct these issues and still the fake eyelashes were in the shower and trash under the bed… the only thing that was fixed was the carpet being vacuumed…

Okay for value but getting rundown
This is our second stay at this hotel. It’s okay for the value and close to walking distance for Disneyland which is the reason we stayed. The building itself is pretty outdated and seems rundown in many ways. For example: loose light fixtures in the room, shower head falling apart, walls that are literally crooked or wavy, limited storage in rooms for things and drawers/dressers that don’t function properly. It worked for us but I would probably spring more money next time for a bit nicer of an accommodation.
