Great Hotel
The hotel was nice, had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, and VERY clean. I always wipe the counters and tables with wipes and a lot of the times the counters are a little dirty at other Hotels. These counters and desks and table were very clean!! The breakfast was very good it was like eating at a restaurant they were cooking pancakes, potatoes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit, yogurt and bagels, coffee, I would def stay again. Another plus was they had security gates in the parking lot, you needed a room key to get in or out of the parking lot. Very reasonably priced for the amenities and cleanliness they offer! Staff was all very nice as well.

The room was okay. The lights over one bed didn’t work, and a usb plug didn’t work. I just used a usb wall plug I keep in my travel bag. The staff were nice, but the breakfast was just OK. They didn’t really have gluten-free or vegan options other than scrambled egg, bacon, bananas, and apples. There was a note stating that food wasn’t to be taken to the rooms. Staff were very nice, and the room was quiet, even though there’s some major construction going on across the street next to the Honda Center. I didn’t have high expectations, and the price was right for my purposes. There were a lot of restaurants with good vegan/gluten-free options within a few miles.

Comfortable stay
Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay. The smell of the room when I first walked in felt a little musty or like an old carpet. We also had the corner unit, so the noise of the cars on the street can be heard, and the room does not have much noise-proofing. This can be uncomfortable for light sleepers and its a good thing I'm not.

We had a concert across the street at the Honda Center. It was awesome to walk across the street to and from the venue. I also enjoyed the pool which for the most part was quiet and not overcrowded.

Front desk clerk was so rude, it took me by surprise. She def put a damper on our stay. The property is frequented by homeless. The room was decent. I’ve stayed at Ayres other locations, but I’ll pass on this location in the future.
