Spacious and just as pictured
This family suite was a great option for our family of 5. The room layout was just like the floor plan shown online and gave us plenty of space. Having two bathrooms was a game-changer. Every employee that we interacted with was friendly. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. It was a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot where we caught the shuttle to Disneyland. This isn’t the newest hotel, but everything was well maintained and we were comfortable, making it a great value in our opinion.

The property was clean, convenient and in good condition, in spite of the construction. Although it is very near Disneyland, it would be very helpful if there were quiet hours imposed and enforced. Before 7 AM, there were kids running and yelling outside, as well as adults calling from outdoor walkways to cars and other rooms.

Love how friendly the staff is. The only downside was the parking. It was overwhelming seeing overcrowded cars parked but it sure was due to the construction going on. The rooms are decent & breakfast is really good.

We stayed here in October this year. We stayed in a family suite and liked the size and convenience of having so many beds and the two bathrooms. The staff was very friendly as well. However, items we had bought from the parks went missing the day housekeeping cleaned our room. When we noticed, we immediately reported this to the front desk. The front desk was great overall, but management though never reached out, no one really acknowledged the seriousness of someone who worked there came into our room and removed our stuff. In the end they did credit us the $100 for the items but nothing else or acknowledgement. We attempted to find a management contact for the hotel, but this is not affiliated with the Best Western hotels.

Location was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was our room was next to the elevator and it could be noisy.

Don’t like to say negative things… worst trip to Disneyland ever due to this facility not doing their job correctly. Woke up in middle of night to a group of strangers trying to enter the room. Called desk to clarify, and told we were in the wrong room even though everything written showed the number of the room we were in. (Including key). Then we were told the room was dirty (like we couldn’t smell that already) and asked if the sheets were even changed (this is all at 2 in the morning)… nothing magical about this trip to Disneyland. Only tired people from a bad night’s experience.. Beware..

Stayed here on a weekend trip to Disneyland and it met everything we needed. Clean comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was nice to have before heading out to the park. Onsite parking lot isn’t very big but we always had a spot. There is a fee for parking. It’s about a 25-30 min walk to Disney entrance, or 10-15 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot that has a free shuttle to the front gate (parking lot does security before getting on the shuttle, so you can bypass it at Disney entrance and save a ton of time). Overall it was a good stay and good price for the area.
