Excellent hotel. Courteous front desk staff. Lots of hot breakfast options and ample seating. The breakfast staff work hard to keep food stocked and areas clean. The pools are clean and the water is warm (in October). Parking is secure in an underground garage. Uber is $7 to Disney. Will definitely return.

Wallpaper falling off walls, carpets not clean or vacuumed. Aways garbage in the halls piles of dirty towels in the halls there was a crushed plastic water bottle on the floor in the hall the entire 6 days we were there. No drawers for clothes - no hooks for towels - nothing matched - shower was dirty, carpet not clean - Desk staff with the exception of one staff member the rest were unfriendly and did not acknowledge when standing at desk. Pool area was not as big as displayed in photos - outdoor furniture dirty -broken tables without tops - broken chairs - Requested 6 months in advance to be near other family members - I was 30 rooms apart on the complete opposite side of the hotel. No effort to accommodate- Would not stay here again

Great Disney partner hotel. Walking distance to the parks. Excellent complimentary breakfast with lots of selections! Staff were super helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate side by side rooms and early check in. They also held our luggage after check out so we could go eat prior to our flight without having to carry it with us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was wonderful!!! The amenities are perfect for a family! Clean, fun, easy to eat and sink out by the pool, excellent customer service! Also, the breakfast staff are like superheroes!!! This was our third visit and we will always stay here when in the area!

Stayed for 9 nights while visiting Disney. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room attendants were very helpful and always willing to provide extra towels when needed. Had a room on 11th floor with view of Disney, was able to see the fireworks. Room we had for 3 adults and 1child did feel small at times, no drawers for clothing which was an inconvenience. One queen bed was right up against the AC unit making it harder to get out of the bed. The hotel needs to provide more storage in the rooms for clothes/shoes/toiletries. Pool area was nice, security would check for wrist bands and did monitor to ensure outside food and drink not being taken into pool area. Our kid loved the slides, the pools were heated which was a lovely surprise able to spend time in the pool without feeling chilled. Hot tub is spacious for multiple groups to be in the hot tub and not feel crowded. Hotel is quiet during the week but very busy Friday-Sunday. Breakfast area can be chaos in the morning especially at weekends. staff are very helpful and friendly. Working hard to clean up after hotel guests and keep food replenished. I would stay here again when visiting Disney, location is excellent and Ubers to the parks are inexpensive. Also a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores.
