Stayed here for a trip to Disney and hotel was clean and nice. 20 min walk to Disney. Their suites were spacious and able to accommodate my family of 7. The free breakfast was a plus and kids enjoyed the pool area, they played movies in the pool area at night that made the experience even more enjoyable. There was also food options right in front of the hotel which was convenient. Overall this was a great stay, I would stay here again location was great.

It was a good stay overall. The room was ready and clean when we got there early. The breakfast wasn’t anything wonderful-everyday the eggs were cold. The room was “cleaned” everyday yet obvious signs it hadn’t. The bed was made that’s about it. I did appreciate how close it was to Toy Story lot.

Very disappointed with the lack of additional fees communicated before hand when booking. I was charged nearly double the original price due to resort fees and breakfast fees even though that was advertised to be included. The busing to Disney (while out of their control, the reason we chose their property) had excessive waiting times of over an hour.

Perfect family stay for Disneyland
Tremendous stay. We will definitely be back. We were there in November and both the pool and the waterslides were heated to a very comfortable 88 degrees. The hot tub was also wonderful. The breakfast food was plentiful and exactly as expected. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a “family suite” with a king size bed for us (the parents) and bunk beds for our two children—which they loved. We also had a view of the nightly fireworks at Disneyland which was great for our kids (too late to still be at the park).

Staff was lovley and made us feel safe. Shuttle to parks was a easy walk when we didn't want to walk the whole way. Great breakfast buffet! Powdered eggs but whatever. Lots of carbs and fresh fruit. The architect might need a slap for putting the pool in the shade and parking in the sun. The seams in the waterslides hurt my kids bums so they weren't actually usable. Still a 5 star experience in my opinion.

WONDERFUL!! Great breakfast, so many extra towels and pillows provided without asking, daily detailed housekeeping, incredibly quiet and peaceful despite being busy and offering nightly movies. The kids loved the bunk beds, waterslides, and basketball.

The hotel was pretty good except there was the smell of sewer almost everywhere. The hallways, the elevators, even the parking garage. I do have to say that the staff were amazing from check-in to breakfast, housekeeping to the security guards. All were lovely and friendly. Parking is exorbitant at $32/night! For us Canadians, that's almost $45/night just to park. It is a secured underground parking space though with plenty of available spots with security. Elevators were busy but quick. Breakfast was a little scattered as they often ran out of plates and cutlery. One of the juice machines was out while we were there and only fixed on the last day. The juice in the machine that worked was watery, at least the orange juice and cranberry were. Long lines for the Mickey waffles but they were a hit with people obviously. Our last day they didn't have white bread but they did have bagels and english muffins. I can't eat brown bread due to being on dialysis. I had to butter my english muffin with a plastic spoon. They were very quick to clean tables though and there was plenty of seating options. Room was clean with lots of towels. 2 showers which was neat. Ran out of toilet paper though but housekeeping was quick to bring more up. My son's bed was nice but mine needed replacing. One side had way too much use and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. We were only there for 3 nights so meh, I lived. Hotel was convenient to get to Disney.
