It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was so close to Disneyland. The gift shop was a lifesaver! I accidentally packed my older power bank that wasn’t compatible with my phone, but the gift shop had just what I needed. My only criticism would be to have furniture that has USB ports installed.

Staff were brilliant, welcoming us back after every long park day. Hotel is pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary, but clean and relatively modern overall. Didn't use the pool, but saw plenty of people using it over the few days we stayed. 3 minute walk from the crossing to Disney, lots of shops in various hotels between here and Disney to get nice cold bottles of water for a lower price than in the parks.

Second time staying at this property while visiting theme parks with family. Great location within an easy walk to everything. Parking was easy as well. Room and common areas are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Would stay again!

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our Disneyland trip! Its location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to and from the parks each day. This saved us time and money on transportation, and we loved the convenience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which we really appreciated. While the pool was fairly basic, it was clean and the water was warm. It served its purpose for a quick dip and some relaxation after a long day at the park. Honestly, with all the excitement of Disneyland, we didn't need anything fancy! Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for its price and prime location. We would definitely stay here again on our next Disneyland adventure.

I recently stayed at Fairfield hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The surroundings were clean and safe, perfect for exploring on foot. My room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall a good place to stay if you are visiting Disney. SUPER walkable and that was the biggest plus for us on this stay. The hot tub was down the whole time which was a bummer and the in room A/C unit was super loud at times. The rooms face the busy road and were pretty insulated from the noise- I hardly heard it at all! Very clean. Mattress was firm - I liked it but my husband didn’t. Staff was great!

The bathroom door was broken. It would not stay shut. It could not be locked. Neighbors were shouting at 11:30 and were spoken to by security. After midnight two women were having a loud conversation about work. The walls are paper thin. Every flush, every cough from an adjoining unit is loud. The most minor irritant starts to feel huge the volume buttons on the remote do not go up one at a time. I guess it could be fine if you can sleep through everything, do not travel with kids, and have low expectations.
