The entire building is under constant, deep construction. Expect hammering and drilling before 7 am in every room. The room themselves look like they haven’t been updated in 20 years—sagging floors, dirty stained carpets, broken cheap plywood in the bathroom and mini fridge. They shouldn’t rent ANY rooms until construction is done.

The stay was good, quiet, and staff was friendly. It is very close to many dining options and really close to the Disney parks. Unfortunately, I was there during updates and construction they were doing, so the dining options within the hotel were minimal and most were closed. I also didn’t enjoy the constant questions in the lobby about their rewards program. I was there for a conference and I was often in a rush. So that was a little inconvenient.

Noisy neighbors, broken towel holder, blood on sheets and pillows to name a few things that went wrong on our stay. Also had construction next to our room at 7am in the morning. Staff didn’t give us much options for a new room since they said the only available options are more expensive rooms in which we’d have to pay extra. We stayed here numerous times before without much issue, but this time was a bad experience overall.

It’s absolutely horrible that you keep a property open where you are completely renovating the entire hotel. You’d be better off closing it, putting crews on it 24 hours around the clock to get it done quicker, getting your staff to other hotels to support them, then making customers go through this. What a disappointing experience.

First, I understand that the property was under construction. But, that is in a certain part of the hotel, not the upper floors. I had to fix my shower myself because it wasn't even put together fully. With my shower, I barely had any water pressure and the hot water had to be turned all the way to hot for me to get a tiny amount of warm water. The water would go warm, cold, warm, cold, scolding hot, cold. The toilet wasn't fully secure to the floor and was off balance so anytime I used it the porcelain sounded like it was going to fall apart and crack. The carpet was pulling up off the walls in most places. The elevators alone were terrible. Holes in the walls, stuff carved into them and barely working as is. For paying almost $500 a night this was a complete joke.
