Pros: Some of the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was nice. Cons: Only one elevator was working, and breakfast was chaotic. They could extend the hours for breakfast, so that it isn't so crowded. They charged me a $200 deposit and did not return it- no smoking, no dog. I'm not sure what the charge was for?

Great hotel!
Great hotel, we were there for four nights, the breakfast was amazing, the room was more than what I expected very clean, comfortable beds, they don’t do housekeeping but if you want to they do it for no extra charge. Walking distance to Disneyland, definitely worth it and we will stay again.

The employees were very warm and welcoming the area was clean and comfortable. The underground parking was also a plus. However, the breakfast was a little unsatisfying and it felt like there wasn’t enough choices.

Many things were disappointing. The breakfast was cheap and bland and only served until 9am on weekdays. We had a noise complaint at 10:15 at night as our excited toddlers just got back from Disneyland, are these walls paper thin. They charged us $30 a day to park, really? And the pool wasn’t in service while we were here in August.
