I cannot say any thing good about the experience that I had the elevator was not working. They had one elevator working for a weekend that it was really busy. We had to use the stairs to go down and it was also horrible because everybody was using the stairs not to mention this hotel is next to Disneyland and it was completely booked. They had other events going on at the convention center also which made the hotel even more busier request was a nightmare to go down even if you got up early it was still about 45 minutes to go down because of only one elevator working so we had to go up and down the stairs room service I guess was minimize to every other day, probably for the same reason or maybe it’s just the hotel the way they work. Parking was $30 per night, which was also terrible because they did not have enough spaces for cars to park and they would park you in random places. Overall this experience was not good for me. I would not recommend this place to stay.

This hotel was not up to snuff to Hyatt standards. I am surprised at the high rating! Overpriced due to the location near the park. When we checked in, our 1st room had dried sewage backed up into the bathroom sink. Thankfully they changed our room quickly, but the shower drain ran slow and was backing up during showers, and the pool was unexpectedly closed, so one has to wonder if they had overall sewage issues. One of the 2 elevators was broken the entire time, and the other worked intermittently. On one of the evenings it had broken, we had to take the stairs up to our room one late evening after being at the parks - 4 flights of stairs with two youngsters after 10 miles at Disneyland was not ideal. Their "free breakfast" is a little worse than what you'd expect for free hotel breakfast. Watery eggs, flavorless potatoes and meat, stale bread. On our second day there we heard the staff telling another guest that they were running low on linens. The staff was all very friendly and did their best to accommodate our needs with a smile on their face, so for that I am grateful. Our second room was clean with comfortable beds - but overall, this facility is strongly lacking and we won't be booking here again.

Hyatt Place is a conveniently located property that offers a good range of free breakfasts and is within a walkable distance of Disney Parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and listens to the guests. However, the elevator was a big issue during our stay. One of the elevators wasn't working. Also, the elevator is shared by the housekeeping and guests. This makes it very congested as the housekeeping has their equipment and guests also carry the luggage. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

Will not stay here.
After getting in our room, we unpacked all of our bags into the dressers. We immediately were going to bed and we noticed a small black dot. Getting closer there were black bugs all over the bed by the window. We checked the other one and that one had then too. I called front desk and a lady brought us another room key and moved us rooms. Later the elevators weren’t working and everyone in the hotel now had to use the stairwell, not that it is the end of the world but it is inconvenient in situations. Plus side the breakfast was delicious and the women cooking in the kitchen were very friendly. It was very centrally located to a lot of different things that my family and I got to enjoy.

Spacious rooms. Staff were all great. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not operating for the entire stay. That was a bummer. And the room soundproofing was not great, we could hear guests above us and in the connecting rooms. Overall it was a good stay.

Security lady need to learn a better customer serv
The hotel was mediocre. Although I understand that you get what you pay for but some of the service was below average. We checked in super late around 2 AM and at around 2:30 AM, the security lady was at our door asking us to be quiet. All we were doing was trying to put our kid to bed. Being a family person, I’m well aware about the quiet time at the hotel but I cannot help when my toddlers wakes up from the sleep. The security lady acted as if we were doing a party in the room which was unnecessary.
