Property was nice. Asked about best route to get to Disney on foot, was not told about shuttles. Incidental hold was $500, not told about it-$120 was what the email stated. Internet is not free. They nickel and dimed me. That’s not what I expect from a Marriott hotel. I can’t recommend and won’t be back.

Great experience at JW Marriott Anaheim for our family vacation to Disneyland. It is a comfortable walking distance to Disneyland, around 15 minutes. Staff is friendly, our hotel room is clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
