The employee took a "digital copy" of my id and credit card front and back without my permission and emailed them allegedly to her manager. This is not ok, and illegal to do according to my bank who immediatly destroyed the card and issued me a new one.

Great location! This is my go to place when I go to Disneyland. Toy story parking is right across the street and there’s some food options next door at the Anaheim Gardens, which is very convenient. I’ve never had an issue here, staff are always friendly. Will be back in October!

Property was clean. Breakfast was great but little room to sit and enjoy. Pool is outside and you need key to enter and use elevator to get to the pool, where a key is also needed. Parking is tight

We got what we paid for. Cute little room with two room. Only negative about it is the AC was way too loud and felt like a swamp cooler instead of an AC other than that it was an okay stay for us.

Don’t EVER STAY HERE!!! Black mold all over the room. My wife and daughter have been sick because of it. Housekeeping walked in before 9am while wife was changing. Brought all issues up to property and Orbitz and the blew it off like it wasn’t a big deal.

The hotel is down the street from Disney parking but if you want to get dropped off in front the Uber was like $6 to the actual park super cheap Very nice view and clean and quiet everyone was super nice. A lot of eating options near by

Decent place
Decent place the price. Breakfast is the same every single day. Can use something different. The pool was ok but the hot tub needs freshwater or something. My bathing suit and skin smelled like a dirty gym bag after using it. And the jets would make it foam.

The experience was not good the internet was out the cable was out, the room would get hot, the phone did not work, we asked for towels never got them for two days. the office had young adults who appeared to not care about their appearance or to brush their hair. No verbal communication in customer service is not taught at this hotel.
