Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The bedding in the home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The partial open-concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, a full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—the dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

The main living room has high-speed wireless internet and a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The game room, accessible through one of the children's rooms, features a pool table and ping pong. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers are also available. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home.

​​​​​​​The home is a 3/4-mile walk to Disney and a 1/2-mile to the Anaheim Convention Center. It has central air and heat; you can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.
