Property is definitely on the older side but clean and well maintained. Hot tub was colder than the pool but they said they would contact maintenance. Staff is phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious and nothing beats hot waffles :)

While the building seems older, it is well kept and the staff is top notch! Having the option to walk or take the bus to Disney was an added bonus! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great location. 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Breakfast was included and there was no charge for parking. Rooms were in fair condition. It’s not a five start but sufficient for a good night of sleep during our stay for Disney.

Nice place there was a pool and little sitting areas and a play area and the roses were in full bloom that was a delight the room that we happen to have is very spacious and could definitely accommodate wheelchairs etc (we didn't need that but just saying they have ample facility here)

Meh - it’s ok but run down
We booked this spot for 2 reasons 1) hot tub 2) location next to Disney. We were close enough to the mouse. But the hot tub doesn’t work. It was repaired the day we checked in but it never reached more than 89• Degrees before we left 4 days later. Staff wasn’t really helpful.

Wonderful service
This is a charming motel with excellent service and a great location near the Anaheim convention center and easily walkable to downtown Disney. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. There is outdoor seating for the daily free breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker and more.

I would give it a higher review. But the walls are thin. If you happen to get people that are loud next you be warned that you will hear everything. The staff tried to tell them to be quiet but those tenants didn’t listen. Overall everything else was fine.
