Downstairs is 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a 2nd living area. Heated garage with Pool Table and game table. Amazing deck perfect for large groups, with bar area, gas BBQ and gas fire pit. All guests must sign house rules/rental agreement and provide identification and payment information to host. We cater to clients.
