The lobby is quite narrow, which made it difficult for me to navigate when new customers arrived with their luggage carts while I was waiting to check in. I had to step aside to make room for them.

Hotel is great how clean and friendly shuttle to airport to shuttle with little high for me to get up into handicap, second day was better smaller shuttle have enjoyed our short day. Would recommend Hotel.

Anchorage residence are banned from staying here
This hotel does not allow locals to stay there. They should make this statement very bold when booking through 3rd parties so you can save time and money. I’ve never heard of such a thing and the front desk employees could not give me a clear explanation (they didn’t even know). However, they do allow people “40 miles” (e.g., Girdwood or Eagle River residence) away to stay here and not have any issues with them. It doesn’t make sense. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We just needed to place to stay when our flights were rescheduled. The 24/7 airport shuttle and breakfast were mainly what we wanted. From beginning to end, we were impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff - calling for the shuttle (he arrived in less than 10 minutes), chatting on the short drive to hotel, ease of check in, the comfortable beds — all were so nice and what we needed after a long day of travel.

Great price and close to airport
The room was clean and looked to have been freshly updated with flooring and paint. There was some small minor scratches and dings but nothing unusual. The bed frame felt cheap- not a custom solid floor bed frame. Mattress was a little cheap feeling and pillows were too soft for us. We would stay again, these are not deal breakers. But for a long term stay, I think the bed would need to improve. Very remote in traffic - quiet and kinda hard to get too, unless you are familiar with the traffic pattern by airport. So no homeless people hanging out or high traffic noise. Maybe three blocks to the Ted Stevens airport? But did not hear anything for airplanes. Staff were so early friendly and the breakfast was the norm- two hot meats, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Of course all the sides, cereal, toast, fruit, yougurt and oatmeal.
