A home away from home
This is a lovely home away from home. We atayed here our first night in Anchorage and decided to come back for our last one. The hosts are wonderful, warm and caring - lots of wonderful local recommendations. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Robes are an added bonus. Breakfast is freshly made. We hope to be back! Thank yoh Katherine for your wonderful hospitality!

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our only issue with the room was a TV that did not connect to cable or streaming while we were there. A fix was attempted but did not work. We left early due to a family emergency.

The hosts were very helpful with information about train schedules. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast foods, and the room we stayed in had a private bathroom with a very comfortable king size bed. The home was lovely and very clean.

Our stay here was wonderful. We checked in late after arriving by train from Seward around 10:30pm and Kathryn had left an envelope for us with instructions on how to access the property. Everything was easy to understand. The place is so cute and very clean. The bed was so comfy. I had notified Kathryn that we would need an early checkout since we had to be at the airport by 5:30am the nect morning and she so kindly left a to go breakfast for us in our room’s mini fridge. Everything was so accomadating and the overall experience was just great.
