Perfect Location
This home was in a quiet location that was safe. Much of our site seeing required taking the Seward Hwy, so we were just a few minutes from that. Host was fantastic and very helpful!

Happy results
The house is as advertised, plenty of room and well stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The location is remote and private, but easy access to major roads and connections. Very flexible arrangements and very fast communications with the owner. There are attached units to the main house which dependng on guests may add a bit of noise, but was not significant during our stay. Overall a good experience for us.

Great House near downtown Anchorage
This house was a great place to stay. The owner was welcoming, communicated well and was very helpful. She cooked us homemade cinnamon rolls. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. In addition there are ample supplies for cooking and cleaning like spices, aluminum foil and cookware. A few things to note. The house does not have AC so plan accordingly. In addition, the house shares common walls and doors with other units so there are extra rules that were not included in the listing rules.

Great to house our group of 10
The host was absolutely fantastic! She provided cinnamon rolls that we baked our first morning and they were fantastic! One drawback of this property is that the owner has converted the property into 3 different rentals. As such, we could hear our neighbors off and on throughout the stay and had to leave room for them in the driveway. It ended up not being a big deal, but it felt awkward and should be included in the property listing if it isn't already.
