The price was relatively cheap. The rooms were nice, no complains. I didn't like that pools didn't looked clean because the water was a bit dirty (not super bad, but not what you would like to have). Not so much activities to do.

The people were amazing! We had a fantastic check in (I can’t recall the lovely woman’s name!) and very personable crew - Olivia, Betty, the awesome and very knowledgeable tour by Herbi (sorry forgot the rest of his name) Very kind and helpful group of people. Will definitely return!!

El hotel esta bonito y las habitaciones son comodas, pero la atencion puede mejorar, igual que su organizacion y logistica. Hacen pasadias y otros eventos en el area comun y se llena demasiado, mas de la mitad de las mesas del area de la piscina tenian un letrero de reservado, lo que no dejaba casi espacio para los huespedes. Tienes que dejar una identificacion para que te presten toallas para la piscina (algo que no habia visto en ningun hotel antes) y no puedes entrar con ellas al hotel, por lo que recomiendo que lleves tu propia toalla, especialmente si tienes niños para que no les de frio de regreso a la habitacion. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, el desayuno no es muy variado, pero delicioso.

Beautiful location, fun and informative tours and very friendly staff. The food was adequate but could use more options. The property overall needs a little work to replace fraying carpets, rusted balconies and older furniture.

The “resort” was okay. The tour thru the butterfly and frog sanctuary was nice. The food options were not the greatest; pricey and average. The hotel is clean, however, the pool, restrooms and certain areas are run down. There are certain things that could be prioritized, like a toilet seat! We made the best of it but will probably not return.
