Beautifully appointed townhome located in a fantastic location in Angel Fire: 2 miles from Angel Fire Resort, 0.3 Miles from the Resort Country Club offering three restaurants, pro shop, golfing and more. The foyer welcomes you, kick off your boots and make yourself at home. To the right, enter the primary suite with King bed and sitting area, walk-in closet and bath with large walk-in shower and towel warmer. New Mexico charm greets you from the hall as you enter the secondary bedroom with King bed, large closet and West view. The second guest bath with shower/tub combo is located just across the hall. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and living area. Natural light floods the living space with views towards the greenbelt where deer and other wildlife frequent. This is a wonderful space to enjoy time with friends and family after a day of skiing or hiking. Kiva gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance in this space. Just off the living area is a quaint sitting room with skylight and direct access to the large back deck, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. A one car garage completes the main living level. The bottom level hosts a second living room with large sectional, TV with Amazon Video, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, coffee bar, dining table (perfect for board and card games) and laundry. Two additional bedrooms, both with bunk beds, one with twin over twin and the other with twin over double bed as well as a full bath with large walk-in shower, dual sinks and plenty of counter storage. This home also offers baby gates and large plastic baby corral, perfect for little ones whether two or four legged.

Upstairs Living Area: Sofa and chair with ottoman, TV with Hulu, Netflix, HBO. Gas Kiva fireplace with temperature control to the right of the fireplace on the wall.
Upstairs Sitting Area: Leather chair with ottoman, side tables, two arm chair dining chairs. Direct access to the back patio.
Downstairs Living Room: Large sectional, rocker/glider, TV with Netflix, and HBO. Cabinet with board games, baby board books, wooden train and cards.
Downstairs Dining Area: Stainless Steel table with four chairs, coffee bar with single service Ninja coffee maker, six mugs, wine storage.

Great home and location
The home was clean well stocked and great layout. We needed to be near golf course for tournament and it was walking distance but also convenient to most all amenities at Angel Fire. We will book again and gladly recommend this location!

The house is nice. Bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. That's the pluses. The negatives. It was shown with an umbrella on the deck. It was under the deck and did not look serviceable. Made the deck pretty unusable because of the sun. The outdoor grill was VERY dirty and therefore unusable. The dishwasher did not dissolve the soap so dishes did not get clean. The sink in the master bath drained very slow and had to be plunged frequently. The TV stations were strange and with no directions on how to get channels. Most of what was offered were old runs.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes snd cooking utensils. If it is very snowy, you will need an all/wheel drive vehicle for the driveway. But there is nice parking just outside the downstairs entry.

The house is in a great location. Michelle had the kitchen fully stocked with all the tools you could need to cook for days! We really enjoyed the beautiful deck and comfy outdoor seating. Wonderful retreat!

Great Weekend Away
Our family with kids raging in age from 2-15 had an amazing weekend at this property. All of the activities - skiing, tubing and sledding - were extremely close by. We had plenty of sleeping and hangout space for everybody, and the kitchen was very well stocked for making meals at home. We especially loved the daily visits from the local deer. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect Family Getaway with All the Amenities!
We visited angel fire with some friends, their small dog, and our 18 month old. The hosts really went above and beyond to provide everything we needed (baby gates, high chair, pack and play, kids dishes and silverware, dog bowl, dog treats, every kitchen item you can imagine, and more!). The beds were super comfy and the layout of the house was perfect. This house can comfortably host multiple families or one big family and you would have everything you need. We were also 5 minutes from the slopes, groceries, restaurants, and everything else we needed! We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you so much!

This house had plenty of space for all of us, two families with teenage/young adult children meeting for a family ski trip. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My only minor complaints would be that there was only 1 trash bag, no extra rolls of toilet paper and the trash had to be driven to a dumpster 1.4 miles away.

Perfect location and property for my family at Christmas.
Having 2 very busy kiddos with us, and being there thru Christmas - we brought and decorated our Tree, put up our stockings and enjoyed ourselves. Upstairs and Downstairs family rooms worked perfectly too. Very well appointed for comfort. We will certainly consider this location when we come back to New Mexico again.

Spacious townhouse with plenty of room for 8+, and all the amenities.
Great rental property! This is our third trip to Angel Fire, but it’s been the cleanest rental home we’ve been in and was really stocked well with necessities. Don’t let the fact that it’s a townhouse fool you into thinking it might be too crowded, we had five adults and three children ages 7-10, and we had more than enough room. My only hesitation to rebook would be that the main floor is the second floor, so if you have young children or adult roomies who don’t know how to walk softly, be prepared for a lot of thumping feet sounds. I would definitely rent this property again without question though, regardless.

Clean and roomy
We loved the layout of this property. Open floor area between kitchen, dining, and living room. Everyone was able to talk while still cooking. Beds are soft and comfy if you like that. Close to the slopes and store. We would definitely book this place again.
