I was utterly disappointed that the cell phone signal, as well as their wifi signal, was almost non-existent, whether in-room or in the lobby. For a three-day business trip, this was a major disruption in my work. Breakfast was so so without the traditional Turkish Ayran drink. Despite the fact that I was keeping my towels off the floor they kept changing it with no regard to environmental considerations.

DO NOT STAY - If you're going from US or EU....
This hotel is not 5-Star as it's listed. DO NOT STAY in this hotel. The rooms does not have independent AC. There is a center unit that is turned on from 12:00 - 07:00 PM only. An it does not work. The staff are unable to understand any English. We had to change the room, but still could not sleep at all due to the heat. We had to leave the windows open and also the door to the room for air to move. Bathrooms are old and doesn't drain.

Very old smelly. Mould stains in bathroom with Flakey crumbling ceiling . Bedsheets pillows old uncomfortable. Also the aircon filters didn't seem to be clean either . The carpet in all of the building was so dirty it seems as though it's never been cleaned or changed since the building has been built. They try to mask the smell with spraying air freshener which makes it worse and toxic.
