The air didn’t work in the room, but the staff apologized profusely at check out. The breakfast was traditional Turkish, with tea—I did not see coffee. Kocatepe is up the street, and a bustling touristy area with plenty of restaurants and shops are down the street. The room was clean.

The girl who is there in the morning is super amazing and helpful but no one else k is English and it’s really difficult to communicate. I think this is not professional that a HOTEL staffs do not know English! The A/C was out of order for almost 4 nights and everyday I was told that it will be fixed tonight.

Otelin odaları sitede belirtildiği gibi değil aşırı dar ve eşyalar çok eski, oturacak sadece tek bir sandalye mevcut masa dahi yok, bulunduğu bölgede sinema olmasından dolayı çok gürültülü, otelde oda servisi yemek vs, asla yok, puanı 8 üzeri olduğu için 2 gece konaklama almıştım ama asla o puanı haketmiyor, otelin tek artı yönü merkezde olması ve resepsiyonda duran kişilerin saygılı olması, bir daha asla kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Zeer goed hotel, vriendelijke personeel. Auto werd meteen veilig geparkeerd. Geen airco aanwezig maar lucht circulatie was voldoende, goed geslapen ondanks buiten temperatuur van 35 graden. Voldoende eettentjes op loopafstand. Met een Taxi halte voor de deur.
