we had a total of 5 rooms for a family event. the front desk clerk at check in for 2 of the rooms was not helpful at all. the other 3 rooms had different clerks and has a pleasant experience. We found the hotel to be very accommodating for our large group. They had a game room on the 2nd floor with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, checkers etc. it was a nice place to hang out and still see the kids swimming in the pool. Housekeeping was great and the other staff was always smiling and helpful. There were always towels in the pool area and they had pool toys and life jackets for the kids in a pool box on the pool deck. Breakfast was well attended and they kept everything fresh and stocked. Overall, it was a great stay except for the one employee upon arrival. My son recently moved to the area so I wouldn't have reservations about booking again.

The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The courtyard was stunning.

The hotel has very nice rooms in excellent condition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a nice outside sitting area in addition to the indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are at least 5 different restaurants within easy walking distance.
