We have stayed at the property a few times and always enjoyed it. Only a few things you might want to take q look at. The front door lock and door need some attention. Also a few of the cabinet doors need to be adjusted.

Just right for two
This is a small but well appointed home, perfect for the 2 of us. A short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We needed a few minor things fixed at the start of our stay and the property manager was immediately responsive.

Lovely property, perfectly located for beaches and only a short walk to the peer for a beer - literally 5 minutes. Could do with being a tiny bit better stocked - plastic boxes for lunch packs, a cool box, but all the essentials are there including beach chairs and buggy. We will come again :-)

We had a great time
We really loved this property. The pool was so nice for days we didn’t feel like walking to the beach but still wanted to cool off. I do wish the pool had a pump running because we constantly had to scoop bugs out of the water, but overall that’s a minor inconvenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We had a lot of our meals at home. The mattress was new and delivered the day we checked in, but it’s pretty hard. It might be beneficial to put a mattress topper on it to make it softer, but we were so tired at the end of every day that we slept fine. The house is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

The place is cute and you have your own pool. When we arrived someone left a towel with human crap and hair also popsicle sticks everywhere. Couch and bed super uncomfortable couch felt like sitting on stack of jeans and bed felt like it was on an angle. Belive it or not id rent this location again. Its cute and well maintaned these issues were obviously 1 offs. This place is very plain outside nothing special.

The property is exactly like described and clean. Great location and great little pool. The only down side was that had to call for someone to come and look at the pool pumps as it was not working. It was promptly answered and addressed.

Decent spot, but clear improvement areas
I’ve stayed at many different rental properties on Anna Maria island. Overall, our stay was not horrible. Their staff was incredibly nice if we called with questions. The pool area was larger than expected and perfect for us. There were a few things that could definitely be improved: first and foremost the bed needs to be replaced. The bed was so uncomfortable that we opted for sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room (which is also not winning any awards for being comfortable). Additionally, there were not many extra sheets, blankets, or pillows which defeats the purpose of the pull out couch. Thankfully, it was just the two of us but that was missing for people with larger groups. Is this the biggest deal in the world? No, but for the cost of the property it seemed like a major oversight especially in comparison to the other places I have stayed at on Anna Maria. The property is in a much quieter spot on the island and a good 15-20 minute walk to the main strip on Pine. Will I be returning? If they replaced the bed then yes but otherwise I think there are better places to stay.

This quaint home exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach was exceptional and we had more privacy than we anticipated with it being a shared unit. We were able to cook all breakfasts and some lunches with ease with all the kitchen accessories. We would definitely rent again.

Second Stay
We love AMI and everything it has to offer. We love the cabin and the pool. The only recommendation we have is that there’s a schedule for the shared washer and dryer. Our neighbors seemed to have clothes in the washer at all times and never seemed to take their clothes out of the dryer. Maybe a Cabana A gets the washer/dryer from 7a-noon and Cabana B gets it from noon-7p.

Cozy beach getaway
Perfect, cozy home just a quick walk from the beach for a short getaway with my small dog and partner. Although the weather was far from desirable during our stay, this home had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Great place close to the beach!
Loved staying here... one bedroom and bath suited our needs well. Maintenance staff was very responsive when we had difficulty with the keypad and needed more gas for the bbq!

It was a very nice house and really close to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and very relaxing. We enjoyed the beach which was close so that was was great. The pool was an added bonus as well.

Relaxing stay
The time here was wonderful. The cottage was very comfortable and just the right size for the two of us. The pool was refreshing and a definite plus. The walk to the beach was not far and fantastic being on the north end of the island. We had everything we needed except a blender for my morning smoothie. One thing that kept the stay from being completely private was that, the smallest unit, which we rented, has a window from the adjacent unit overlooking our pool, which was a little unsettling. But the renters from the adjoining unit were very quiet and respectful. We love Anna Maria Island and consider it our favorite vacation destination. We will definitely be back.
