"Warmth in room, many requests were promised they would be filled but were not. Personnel were nice but clueless. To most things they responded "I don't know". Then who does?"

"We were staying in room 124, it is located over tram stop. Yes there is some noise, but not too much. Bath tub was well liked and could have been more used if more time. Very clean room and beds were outstanding. Car park is nicely located and free! Staff was helpfull and kind. This Hotel is safe choise! "
