Olemme keskeisiä kaikissa tärkeimmissä DMV-kohteissa ja kaupungeissa.

12 minuuttia Pentagon Cityyn
15 minuuttia Washington DC: hen
16 minuuttia Tysons Corneriin

Vuokrataan koti on koko pää (ensimmäinen) ja toinen kerros, joka on yhteensä 4 900 neliöjalkaa.

Ylä / toinen kerros:

Kaksi suurta tilavaa vaatekaapia makuuhuoneeseen.

Lisämakuuhuone makuuhuoneen sviitissä, jossa on oma sänky, yöpöytä jne. - täydellinen pienemmille lapsille, jotka haluavat oleskella vanhempiensa välittömässä läheisyydessä. (Vauvan Bjorn-matkasänky saatavana pyynnöstä, nimellismaksu 35 dollaria / käynti - tavaran puhdistuksen ja perusteellisten puhtaanapitojen kattamiseksi)
Kaapeli-TV tässä huoneessa.

Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat Master makuuhuoneen sviitissä.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla, kaapeli-TV, queen-vuode ja uloskäynnin parveke, jolla on samat kauniit näkymät kuin makuuhuoneessa.

Kolmas ja neljä makuuhuonetta jakavat jack- ja jill-tyylisen kylpyhuoneen.
Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on 4, täysikokoisilla kerrossängyillä ja vastaavilla erillisillä vuoteilla. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma vaatekaappi.

Pää- / ensimmäinen kerros:
3 auton autotalli, tilava keittiö, jossa aurinkotila, muodollinen ruokasali, olohuone, perhehuone, kaapeli-TV ja viihdehuone, joka on suoraan yhteydessä katettuun terassiin / kansiin, jossa grilli ja patio pöytä + tuolit.

Meillä ei ole makuuhuoneita pääkerroksessa ja siellä on portaat, jotka on otettava päästäkseen toiseen / ylimmään kerrokseen, jossa makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat.

Ei isäntiä tai muita, jotka jakavat talon, jota vuokrataan.

Kellari on erillinen huoneisto, jolla on oma sisäänkäynti / uloskäynti, ajotie, pysäköintitila ja jopa autotalli.

Kellari ei ole osa tätä taloa vuokrattavana. Kellariin ei pääse käsiksi kodin sisätiloista.

Talossa on generaattori ja viimeisin tankless lämpövesijärjestelmä, älä koskaan pelkää olevansa ilman sähköä ja aina kuumaa vettä loman aikana.

Blender & Keurig -tyylinen kahvinkeitin, alkupaloja ja teetä, tarjotaan kaikille oleskeluille.

Puutarhat ovat ehdottoman ihania ja Instagram-arvoisia, ja niissä on penkkejä ja hyvin hoidettuja mäntyjä rauhalliseen iltaan pitkän kaupungin tutkinnan jälkeen.

Eläimistä vapaa vyöhyke: Tämä talo on eläimistä vapaa vyöhyke, koska isännän vanhuset äiti ja talonmies ovat sekä astmaattisia että erittäin allergisia. Olemme havainneet, että syväpuhdistukset eivät vieläkään pysty kokonaan päästä eroon eläimen hilseestä talon jälkeen, kun eläin on jäänyt.

Toivomme, että lopulta jäävät rakastavat tätä kotia yhtä paljon kuin me.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta The St. James Sports Complex. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Suited Our Needs

Visiting DC with another family. 4 Adults and 5 Kids in all. Slept us comfortably. About 25 min commute to West Falls Church Metro station where we were able to ride into the city to take in all the attractions. House is dated as another reviewer noted but honestky, who cares. Beds were clean, Kitchen and Dining room were perfect for our size group.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a place for my wife and I to stay with our 6 kids (5-14) while we visited with family in the area over the Easter weekend. This house exceeded our expectations. The kids loved all of the space that they had to play and hang out in the house. Highly recommended. We even spent a day at the nearby nature center which was beautiful and the perfect place for the kids to run around and play with their cousins.

Plenty of space. House was clean. Could use one or two more TVs and maybe another couch for one of the rooms. There are caretakers who reside in the secured basement. This should be communicated to potential renters.

Womens Weekend

Once a year my friends and I meet for a weekend to relax, laugh, dance etc...with no men and children. This house was accommodating for us all. There were beds for everyone plenty of bathrooms. This is an outstanding house.

Perfect location

We had a great visit. We wanted everyone to be comfortable in their own space while being together. We were very close to DC to visit monuments, but far enough away to enjoy the seclusion. The owner was very helpful and replied quickly with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful home

This home was both beautiful and spacious and was a lovely place for our whole family to be able to visit and enjoy our stay together while we were in town. Lots of good local restaurants a mile away from the property and the owner was amazing with any communication and questions we had. We would absolutely recommend and will rent again if we are ever in town

Great location and spacious

This property is very large and big enough to hold our large family of 9. It’s a well kept home and we felt very much at home. It could use some updating but overall it is a great house and located only 15 minutes from DC.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful and spacious. I was traveling with my son and daughter and my grandchildren. The grandchildren wanted to see where there parents grew up, so we planned the trip to revisit the area. The house had plenty of supplies, the only thing we had to provide was food. There was lots of space inside and out to chill out. Check in and out was easy. Wifi worked very well. The owner was understandable when we had to check out a day early. The only thing I wish we would have know was that one of the bedrooms is off the master, but it was easy for us to rearrange sleeping arrangements.

Large family visit

We stayed with 10 people and the large space was great and accommodated everyone. The house was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The 5th bedroom is off a bathroom and does not have a separate enterance making it impossible to have privacy. The listing has pictures of furnature that are no longer at the house. The weeds and volunteer trees could be kept up. But otherwise the visit was great.

Great VA Stay

One of us inadvertently activated the alarm. We could not get it to stop. The mgr came right over and deactivated it. My six year old grandson called the house “Wayne Manor” due to the size and open floor plan. Recommend this house for a larger group. Awesome place.

Expansive, lovely home near DC but with limitations

Lots of lovely space inside and out with ample seating for large groups, both at table and on couches, decks, etc. Plenty of dishes and table ware. Pillows and linens were in good supply also. Natural light is wonderful throughout, but some rooms were lacking in supplemental lighting for evening and morning hours. Our major disappointment was the bedrooms. Two rooms were super comfortable but the 2 rooms with double bunk beds had very squeaky, metal frames with thin mattresses. These didn’t work well for couples. As currently set up, the house is best for 2 couples plus kids or singles (We had four couples and 6 children).

Really large, but a bit incomplete

Stayed 5 nights with 8 adults and 6 kids. Ample sleeping accommodations very large kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 microwaves for cooking for a large group and diverse meals. Excellent climate control. In sufficient silverware for a property of this size that sleeps so many. Ideal if it would have 2 dishwashers instead of one.
